5300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using 5300's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5300 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the 5300 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Eligibility

To access the full services on the 5300 platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this service. 5300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 5300 support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to register only one account per individual.
  • You are not permitted to use another person's account or allow anyone else to use your account.
  • Information provided during registration must be truthful and not misleading.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 5300 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, disrupt platform operations, or cause harm to other users. Specifically prohibited activities include:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to breach the security systems, servers, or networks associated with the 5300 platform.
  • Posting content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other fraudulent financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
  • Reselling, transferring, or sublicensing platform access to third parties without written authorisation.

5300 reserves the right to investigate any breach of these terms and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts without prior notice in serious cases.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

Currency & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 5300 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports approved local payment methods, including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet, for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Limits & Verification

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account type and chosen payment method. The latest limit details can be found in the deposit section of the platform after logging in. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed to ensure the security of your transaction.

Transaction Accuracy & Errors

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you enter are accurate. 5300 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information provided by users. If you suspect an error in a transaction, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction date.

Fraud & Suspicious Activity

5300 reserves the right to freeze or close any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or transactions that violate these terms. Funds held in accounts frozen due to suspected fraud may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The 5300 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 5300 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the platform.

5300's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 5300 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or the relevant licence holders. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from 5300.

Third-Party Links

The 5300 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 5300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

5300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or direction from a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any refund.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is completed.

Changes to These Terms

5300 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the 5300 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
